My ATL Properties is a locally owned management & investment company in ATLanta that was started by a real estate investor to specifically cater to the needs of other rental property investors. We provide purchase, sale & residential management services to property owners and investors with rental properties in ATLanta.
Though our services were created to cater to real estate investors with multiple properties, we also enjoy working with clients who have only one rental property. Whether you are someone with multiple rental properties or just one, our management structure will provide you with maximum cash flow while protecting your assets. We accomplish these goals by offering lower management fees, reasonable leasing fees and an in-house maintenance department to control repair costs.
